A mildly spicy Jalapeño chilli dressing based on Palestinian tatbeeleh, made from green pepper and Jalapeño chilli fermentation brine, enriched with Fairtrade Palestinian extra virgin olive oil. Fresh and zesty on opening, with green pepper brightness, lively acidity and a clean herbaceous finish. Mild heat builds gently, finishing light, tangy and refreshing.

A fresh green expression of Palestinian Shatta, Shatta Verde brings the brightness of Middle Eastern chilli dressing into everyday cooking.
