Fil’s original recipe; like your traditional Palestinian Shatta, but upgraded with the fiery punch of Bird’s Eye chilies.
It offers a subtle sweetness, a dash of medium spiciness, and a burst of freshness. A perfectly balanced blend that complements any dish! We especially enjoy it with eggs, on pizza, mixed into tomato pasta, or added into Asian curries!
