Refund policy

General

We operate a 7-day return policy, meaning 7 days after receiving your Fil.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, so unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@getyourfil.today so we can investigate


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. This does not take into account any additional time required by your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund from their side.
